Our mission is to facilitate space for healing, love, authenticity and growth. Through holistic and integrative traditions, you will be guided through practices that will allow you to cultivate a harmonious relationship with yourself and the world around you. Each style of a retreat is completely unique, you may spend your days taking part in deep transcendental meditation, listening to talks from guest speakers or spiritual guides, detoxing the body to gain mental lucidity, enjoying guided yoga practices or simply having the time and space for serene self-reflection. At the core, our retreats are about enrichment, purpose and connection. Stepping away from our day to day routine gives us the distance needed to contemplate life and rediscover the self.

Working Together



Vibrational medicine influences the body’s energy field by changing its frequency. Imagine it as transferring energy frequencies into the body. These resonant vibrations activate the body’s energies in the direction of balance, creating positive energy and ultimately better health. Illness or negative emotions are associated with unbalanced body vibrations. By channeling higher energy frequencies, a person’s vibrations can be raised and their energy reset.



Shamanic breathwork is a powerful somatic process that allows individuals to experience deep healing and transformation on a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical level. Using a connected circular breathing technique in conjunction with activating chakra attuned music, the shamanic breathwork process supports individuals in releasing outdated programming, unhealthy patterns and behaviors, and limiting beliefs. Through this transformative process, individuals journey and experience different realms of consciousness, accessing greater love, wisdom, healing and transformation.



One of the most difficult, but ultimately most liberating things about yoga is letting go of the ego and accepting that no one is better than anyone else. Everyone is just doing their best on any given day.
