We will begin with gentle Sun Salutation before we dive deep in to our meditative space where you will be bathed in sound and enveloped with sonic vibrations. The Gong is much more than a musical instrument, it is known as the master healer. I invite you to join us for this complimentary offering on Sullivan's Island Beach SC.
