My mission is to help others reconnect with themselves through healing, remembrance, and inner transformation while continuing to walk that path myself with authenticity and intention.

Born and raised in London, England, I come from a richly diverse background with Guyanese, Bangladeshi, and European roots. My journey has carried me across cultures, spiritual teachings, and healing traditions, each one shaping the work I offer today. In 2009, life brought me to the United States, where my personal healing journey deepened and expanded into the work I now share with others.

I began my professional path studying Esthetics and Massage Therapy, which opened the doorway into energy medicine and holistic healing. Over the years, I have explored and trained in modalities including Reiki, yoga, breathwork, herbal remedies, sound healing, and traditional Amazonian medicines. My work is deeply intuitive and heart led, blending ancient wisdom with grounded presence to create safe and supportive spaces for healing.

Music, spirituality, and connection to nature were woven deeply into my upbringing. My father, a musician, botanist, and spiritual teacher, instilled in me a profound reverence for God, sound, plants, and the healing power of presence. Those teachings continue to guide my work and the spaces I hold today.

Whether through sound healing, ceremony, meditation, movement, or energetic work, each experience I offer is created with intention, compassion, and care. No two journeys are ever the same, because every soul carries its own story, wisdom, and path to healing.

The medicines I work with, Kambo, Sananga, and Rapé, originate from indigenous Amazonian practices that have been used for generations to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These medicines are approached with deep respect, intention, and reverence for both the forest and the wisdom keepers who have preserved these tradition.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing Instruments are used both on the body and off-the-body, whilst also incorporating vocal sounds and tones. Sound Therapy techniques are delivered using instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and more.
